In 1983 a young skater/snowboarder/surfer from Santa Cruz started a retail shop in San Jose, the epicenter from which a skateboarding revolution was going to shake the world. Joel Gomez, Sessions Founder and CEO, has lived the culture of action sports and punk rock for his entire adult life. His commitment and the company's commitment to the true roots of the action sports lifestyle are reflected in the history of how the brand has evolved into what it is today.
